Great welcome from both the reception desk and my service advisor, Laura Mc Naughton, who ensured all the paperwork was in order and noted my additional service requirements. Audi cam from the technician, Paul McKenna, received soon thereafter highlighting any issues requiring attention. Service and MOT completed ahead of schedule and vehicle returned after having received a thorough clean.
