I purchased my car & collected it 29/9/25. Prior to picking up my car the wheels were being refurbished. The wheels are fine but I’ve noticed the grey paint on wheel nut caps has come off/is coming off as some of them are either now white (plastic) patchy grey. I can send pictures if required. I have contacted the sales colleague I deal with at the dealership & await a response.

My wifes vrand new vehicle has thrown loads of faults up on the dash board causing us to call road side assistance, we were advised to take the car to ayr where there would be a courtesy vehicle waiting. Upon arrival we were told that there was no staff to sign the vehicle out, after some debate we were given a vehicle to take home and return the next day to collect the courtesy car. We had to take time off work to collect the vehicle early in the morning. We were advised that the garage would not be able to look at our car for at least 4-5 days. The vehicle has now been looked at and some faults repaired. We are being told that the mmi system hasn't been fixed but cause it's not a safety related fault we need to take back the courtesy vehicle. The experience has put us off ever looking into new cars ever again. We also now have a vehicle that is not fit for purpose with no repair date in sight. In my opion this is unacceptable.

Hello I bought my Audi Q3 and had to get it delivered 30th sept at night for certain reasons not under my control and inconvenience The guy was very Pleasant as I mentioned I could not see the body work because it was dark. He said he will telephone me in a few days for customer care I am still waiting !! I have telephoned twice 8th & 15th Oct talked to two different salesmen and said they will pass the message on to Jason I find this unbelievable rude that they have not had the decency to return my call I am missing the shampoo kit that comes with a new car No information of the Audi breakdown cover Plus they said we would get the first service free and will send it in writing still waiting !! This is not acceptable we have bought Audi vehicles for over 30 years and have never had a problem Thank you
