Thanks to Ayr Audi for resolving a couple of teething problems with my e tron , Mathew and Danny (sales) were courteous and professional despite being very busy. A special mention to Gillian Moug for organising things while I was away despite problematic staffing issues.

Overall my experience was brilliant the only thing that slightly spoiled it was the free wash and valet. I know it was free but I'm afraid the standard it was below average. I was so looking forward to having a sparkling car back but even the gentleman I spoke to when I was leaving did admit it didn't look as if it had been hoovered .
