Clive went above and beyond to make my buying experience relaxed and informative. I was a little anxious however nothing was a trouble to Clive, his knowledge of the buying process I was about to embark on, was excellent as was my experience throughout.On the day of collection, I was surprised yet delighted to see my car in the showroom and welcome notice with my name on it and the make of my Audi ... I have never been presented with my new Audi cars in this way and with Clive going the 'extra mile' with presentation, it really made my day and put the finishing touch to a very satisfying buying experience...many thanks Clive!
