My expectations were exceeded this time due to staff taking the time to check if the car required any updates or additional work not covered by the plan before booking in and giving an estimated cost and completion time.

My wife and I both bought cars from Matthew Comiskey. He was first class to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I would buy from Matthew again.

Sales exec Brittany Simpson was extremely helpful and accommodating, she went above and beyond.

I found the experience rather confusing. I was told no fault could be found, but also that there was a fix in process relating to a known fault. Is there or is there not a fault. I am sure there is because the car is not functioning as it should. An error message came up on the dashboard, so it must have been recorded on the system log - unless that too is faulty.

During the planned service on my car, there were some issues highlighted that needed rectified under warranty. These issues were clearly shown and described to me, the time-frame for the work meant my car would be in the garage for four days. During this time the customer service that I received from Danny at service was excellent, his daily communication and diligence in handling the work made the experience much easier. Thanks Danny, you are a credit to Ayr Audi.

Major problem was really just the lack of brand new cars
