From my first visit to the dealership where i was met with trainee sales advisor ( Brittany ) i have to say, i was delighted with the service provided. From initial inquiry right through to receiving my new car. Brittany was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The way she dealt with my initial request, her continued updates and feedback through the buying journey to her overall communication skills on all disciplines made it a complete joy to deal with Brittany. Not to mention the extra mile she went on the day we received our car made it extra special. Ayr Audi have a first-class asset in Brittany, so much so that as a direct result of my buying experience in dealing with Brittany, my son also chooses Ayr Audi to purchase his car the following week.

Booked for a service and MOT. The service was not carried out due to a problem in the workshop. Re-booked the service for 27th March.

Clive went above and beyond to make my buying experience relaxed and informative. I was a little anxious however nothing was a trouble to Clive, his knowledge of the buying process I was about to embark on, was excellent as was my experience throughout.On the day of collection, I was surprised yet delighted to see my car in the showroom and welcome notice with my name on it and the make of my Audi ... I have never been presented with my new Audi cars in this way and with Clive going the 'extra mile' with presentation, it really made my day and put the finishing touch to a very satisfying buying experience...many thanks Clive!
