During the planned service on my car, there were some issues highlighted that needed rectified under warranty. These issues were clearly shown and described to me, the time-frame for the work meant my car would be in the garage for four days. During this time the customer service that I received from Danny at service was excellent, his daily communication and diligence in handling the work made the experience much easier. Thanks Danny, you are a credit to Ayr Audi.

Major problem was really just the lack of brand new cars

I just wanted thank the team for calling me back promptly and answer my queries accurately.I had actually enquired about an Audi A6 model, but, Unfortunately, i was unable to go for it. The main reason was that I felt like that it is too big for me especially as my first vehicle. However, I’m still looking to buy an Audi for sure. My budget is around £22k (£9k deposit and the rest through finance if possible?) and i look for an A3 saloon model (2019 and after). Had to wait two hours for handoverAnd had to sign the finance agreement 5 times three times on line and two hard copies in branch they also put my incorrect names on the agreement I was using ny company fir the finance and it in my personal name not happy about this
