While it was a nice enough touch to leave me the remaining 600ml screenwash and 250ml engine oil, it would also have been helpful if the car had been washed as offered/arranged, especially at this time of year.I have had the car serviced and MOT tested at Ayr Audi for the three years I've owned it, but only been offered a service plan once (which I bought). I did raise this matter in conversation with a member of staff, but still had no further service plan offers.
