Timings given to me were wrong. Paying lots of£s for sensors to be fitted. Hadn’t been painted so car off road for additional day. Always seem short-staffed.

The receptionist answered my phone call asking if my car was ready; she said the agent wasn't at his desk and would get him to call me. 30 minutes later I phoned back and got a sales woman this time, who went and got the agent dealing with my car who then told me my car was ready. Why could the reception person not have done this? Was it ready 30 minutes before? This is not the level of service I expect from a prestige company like Lookers who deal with executive cars.
