My vehicle was in for a service and I'd like to make the following points1 - When I was collecting my car the lovely woman who I dealt with (Jeanette) explained there was a drop off and pick up service. This should have been explained to me when I first called to book the car in as I had to re-arrange a couple of times explaining to the caller it was because I was trying to organise times round my work and my partners work to come with me to run me back.2. I was told the car would be hoovered, it looked like it had a perhaps a quick hoover but wasn't great, appreciate its a lovely extra but should be done right or not at all. Was disappointed as my old car from mini was always cleaned to a high standard at the service.3. I had agreed to collect my car first thing the day after it was dropped off but at no point did anyone confirm that it was even ready to see if I could have got up that day or for me to be sure it would be ready the next day I just had to drive up and hope so comms could have been better, the online portal just kept saying in work shop.

Ar was booked in for 3x faults. One was successful but the other 2 were not. I was told that this is a known fault and I would just need to live with it. Not really a satisfactory response to be honest and I will be contacting Audi UK for more information.

Trouble free experience.Everything went as expected.

Although not required during this visit, the availability of a courtesy car would have been most welcome.

Car wasn’t valeted apart from that everything was fist class .
