My car was in for a warranty repair which took longer than expected. When I was contacted to inform me that the vehicle was ready to be uplifted, it was too late in the day to organise a lift to the dealership. This put me in a difficult position regarding commitments that evening and the following morning. Gordon (Service Dept) kindly organised for a member of staff to pick me up from home and take me to the dealership to uplift my car, just before closing. This was a gesture that was hugely appreciated, especially so late in the day. Thank you.Re an earlier question regarding a video, I did receive a link to view the video but it was unavailable.

Slightly embarrassed as once we left car at dealers showroom we received a call to inform us our service plan had been cancelled, returning to showroom I contacted customer service at finance and after a long discussion it was identified that who ever took my details when completing the service plane had put 1 digit of bank details in wrongly, a bit strange when our car finance comes of the same account, however the guy helped us rectify this and thank you to him, however I would have thought that a phone call or text to inform us of the cancellation would have been expected prior to our visit to the Audi showroom and save the embarrassment it caused us.
