Matthew was really helpful and patient. In the end I took the decision not to go for the car (it broke my heart) but I just could not justify the extra expense when my A7 is still a lovely car.

Given firm advise and back history which is presented in a manner never to embarrass or confuse the question. Timings given to me were wrong. Paying lots of£s for sensors to be fitted. Hadn’t been painted so car off road for additional day. Always seem short-staffed.
