First class service

The receptionist answered my phone call asking if my car was ready; she said the agent wasn't at his desk and would get him to call me. 30 minutes later I phoned back and got a sales woman this time, who went and got the agent dealing with my car who then told me my car was ready. Why could the reception person not have done this? Was it ready 30 minutes before? This is not the level of service I expect from a prestige company like Lookers who deal with executive cars.

Fantastic from start to finish. I was made to feel very welcome at Ayr Audi. Nothing was too difficult. I was even offered an unexpected lift home. Danny was great, despite having a more challenging issue he came up with a very fair solution and my car has been repaired to a first class standard. Ayr Audi are much better than other Audi Dealerships! Thanks again.

A pleasant experience

I booked the car in because of a fault showing on the dashboard. I did however also receive an invitation to book in for a service when one is not due for another 12 months.
