Initially there was an assumption over what vehicle I potentially wanted (despite not mentioning this at all in the initial call I received from the Glasgow office) and the video I was unexpectedly sent was of a car below the standard of my then current one which was odd, showed a lack of personal care/customer knowledge and was quite condescending. Communication around this could’ve been handled better. However from that point, the salesman Patrick Murray was excellent to deal with. He listened and once it was clear what I wanted, he was very straight forward and avoided any jargon or pressure to consider other options. He responded to my emails promptly and made the whole process comfortable with no hassle.

I've found that I've had to re-set several settings on my car to my preferences since the service , but otherwise I have been happy. There are some advisories on my car which I would like to follow up about.

Jason was 10/10 for helping me pick my car originally and was even better when unexpected delivery dates meant I wouldn’t get the car for months so Jason managed to get me a better car at a price I was happy with. Great service.
