The property manager Kevin B. he's always friendly and helpful. Any issues in my unit are resolved in days.

They make renting easy with a portal to pay, create maintenance requests, etc and are very responsive when issues arise.

My most recent service request was for a faulty AC unit in September or October of 2025. The repair service company DID NOT fix nor follow up on the issue or repairs. When I followed up after a month of not hearing anything. I was told that he would have to go look for parts. Never heard anything else back the AC unit is still in the same condition

The service people that have worked to fix issues that have propped up over time have been very good at fixing the problem. From replacing an outlet to installing a hot water heater to replacing the heating and air systems.

B&W is a great company, it was the out sourced Naperville sewage company was not very perfessional. I received a email that they received the work order and would call before arriving. After 4 hrs of waiting I called them, they stated they had no idea what I was talking about even when I gave her the work order number. My agent Mr. B, was very help and was able to get a new plumber out right away within an hour. The Naperville sewage company did contact me 3 days later and asked if I still needed them to come out.

I rent and if there are any problems with the rental, I call it in and it is resolved in a timely matter

When ever there is a maintenance issue it’s fixed within 24 hours.

I've had a major plumbing breakdown which is taking many days to get fixed.
