Baird and Warner manage our one rental property for us. Before we hired them, we had constant problems with finding good tenants, collecting rent, and monitoring the condition of the property. This cost us time, money and energy trying to work out the problems Now that this is handled by our property manager, this rental property has given us a constant source of income with little or no worries. The fee is not cheap, but the service is excellent.
