Overall, I have really enjoyed the experience that B&W provides for me. It has made it extremely easy to rent out my property without a lot of stress. My biggest feedback would be based around communication. I sometimes have felt completely out of the loop with what's been going on at my property. Specifically related to the turnover, when issues arose I wasn't kept up to date on how they were being handled. I have also had some issues getting answers to questions I have if I send more then one in a particular email. For example if I send 3 questions, I may get an answer to the first one, but the second two might be completely ignored. So overall my biggest feedback is to provide more open communication and keeping the property owner up to date with any issues on the property.

The folks at Baird & Warner property management are always helpful when it comes to handling our property, which is over 300 miles away! We only get calls when absolutely necessary, but the communication and dedication are on point. Thanks!
