I just never heard from my management staff and nothing was conceded in the apartment. The cleaning and carpet cleaning fee was a bit steep, and the apartment itself had bugs all up in it.

B&W's system is very organized and the user interface is accessible. Thank you for thinking of me as a customer, since the property owner is more your customer than I am. Anything that might qualify as excellent in my experience might conflict with that relationship, which I understand.

Excellent service!! James was on time, super friendly, and did great work. Sink looks beautiful now, and haven't had any further dripping issues. He had to replace the under-workings (since someone before him did a horrible installation that provided the piping with no support, which then caused the leaking...) Would hire again 100%.

Two toilets completely fixed! Wallpaper remover and painting done - looks great!
