For this specific question there should be a 3rd option answer:N/A or I do not know.I was asked if I wanted my car to be washed down for free, I accepted it.When my car was released it was all wet and the windows had some dry water spots.For improvement: take in consideration the time of the customers and keep the service process flowing without such a big gaps from the mechanical side to the paperwork process side.The service was good but when I saw that my vehicle was brought and parked right next to the awaiting room, I expected somebody from Mitsubishi would come to let me know the service was completed but it did not happened. I walked to the door after probably 15 minutes and asked a person about the status of my vehicle, she said the service was all done and they were just processing the paperwork.I returned into the awaiting room and waited for probably another 15 minutes, nobody came to talk to me about my car.I decided to walk to the service desk,I asked about my car and I was told again that the service was completed and she would start processing the paperwork soon. I had to stick infront of the desk in order to have this service finalized. I got disappointed because it looks like the time of the customer is not a priority at the Mitsubishi service area.

Technician inspected my vehicle and could not find a cause for the musty smell in my air conditioing system. I have owned the vehicle for 1 year 5 months. The air conditioning should not smell like mold like it does.

The technician was unable to find out why my air conditioner smells musty.I really like Grace. Very compassionate and understanding of my problem. She gave me a great deal to try to resolve my problem. Also I could not bring my car in during the weekday so she made sure to have a technician in on a Saturday to do accommodate me. Great service.
