I’m very satisfied with the service done on my vehicle. Ms. Grace Petersen, Service Advisor, always does an exceptional job in keeping me informed about the progress of the appointment and if other vehicle concerns become known at the time of the appointment. Ms. Petersen explains any needed services in east to understand terms. Ms. Petersen always provides excellent customer service.I appreciate the professionalism if all staff, especially the service advisor.

It was easy and quick to schedule an appointment. I was greeted with a smile from a young lady named, Gracie. She explained everything and even gave me options. The service was quick and the waiting room was comfortable. I was approached by Andy asking if I wanted to upgrade on a car. He was nice and friendly and not pushy, but I did ask for his card if I hear of anyone wanting a car. I would recommend Mitsubishi, as a company, sales, service and mostly because I am definitely satisfied with my 2020 Outlander.

I love the Bakersfield dealership! The rep who checked my car in was so nice. I got my last oil change (from my 3 fee ones) she talked to me like a friend. Great job!The customer service rep was so nice!

The staff is well trained and polite to say the least and I always look forward to my visits there knowing they care.Can’t beat the service for one and secondly the best SUV for the price and the warranty is second to none.

They offered to wash my car, and they did, but my car was still dirty when they returned it to me. They washed it, but it was a half-ass jobThere was a broke down car blocking the service lanes, and the tech was unaware of it and asked me to pull my car forward and I had to inform him that I couldn’t because there was multiple cars blocking the lanes, including a broken down van
