I went to find the service rep when I noticed my car outside the window and I wasn't called to checout. I am unsure how they didnt not notice the squeal sound in reverse that started after it was in the shopThe recall item on my vehicle was very vague and little information was available. However, since getting my vehicle back it now makes a noise when in reverse, whereas before it was a very quiet driving experience.

I could tell they washed it but it was an awful wash. It still had dirt all over where they wiped it. I spent almost $1,000 on my vehicle for that one appt. I would have thought they would have washed it better. Everything else was perfect. Everyone was so nice and my outlander was great

Overall great experience but there was one minor detail that I disliked. My car was given to me very clean but the smell I did not like. Now the smell is not bad what so never it is just a personal preference. Maybe you can as customer if they like a specific scent they like would be a nice consideration.It was all because of Marlon Mayen that I had such a wonderful experience.
