Very nice place and people are so nice amd friendly

The manager is not always approachable. There are not really any amenities here. I do like my apartment layout and I like the maintenance man Orlando. The rent is no longer affordable for most here. The office is often not open to ask questions. The computer system is to hard for most folks to follow here.People are elderly and they need computer help and it is not available. Carpet in the building is disgraceful

Orlando does an excellent job of keep everything repaired and looking nice around here. I'm very pleased to have him as our maintenance person here at Ballinger Court.

More activities needed

The lady that led the tour was very kind and reported to me that she was new. The apartments are very clean affordable and the staff was wonderful.

No dishwasher

BLATANT breach of contract by Fairfield & another resident over no-smoking. Made me ill, unpaid leave from work. Nobody cares!

Nice staff, well maintained building, clean place and Herminia always has a smile for me when I walk by her office. I am glad I moved here.
