The website booking doesn’t go to the desk front booking! I booked a 9 am Monday morning appt got there and they never got my booking so I had to reschedule for the next day because someone else had the appt and when I tried to call before booking the Monday appt, no one answered the phoneShane was absolutely great! He kept me updated on my timeframe of service while there! I appreciated thatWho ever changed my oil this time must’ve spilled some on the engine because of the smell of burnt oil when I drove it! Then where they put my sticker for oil change they left black greasy hand prints on my light gray interior by the window frameGet that website for booking appointments straight! People’s time is valuable and everyone doesn’t have the time to reschedule always! And get an answering service to be able to leave a message when no one is at the desk
