Every time I get my truck serviced the entire staff is polite and knowledgeable

The staff were really nice and informative. They also offered me coffee and showed me where the snack area was.

They’re remodeling and it’s all over the place. Should be nice when done.The vehicle was clean but they insisted on detailing it. That took almost 3 hours. Come to find out in was in line for the detail that it didn’t need. I would’ve preferred to have my time back and drive off the lot with plastic on the floor and seat just like it came off the truck.The interest rate was not as discussed. I was told “a point or so above 6.99”. Turns out it was a hair over 10%. Big difference. The sales associate also seemed new with very little support or training. I knew more about the vehicle than he did.

No outlets for charging cords, chairs are worn and have tears in the material.

As soon as I arrived, my car was taken care of quickly. I had been given an estimated time for service and that time frame was met. Service department was clean and workers were courteous and knowledgeable.
