NAJust went for oil change. Service was great and did not have to wait a long time. Love that one of the guys that helped when I bought my car knows me every time I have been in.

A salesman approached me when I pulled in. He tried to convince me to trade in my fully loaded one year old vehicle for one less than. I am thankful he backed off when I said no as I have become accustomed to my great car and do not wish for less right now.They have always been upfront and honest with me about what I need and really don't.

Again, I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but I did not appreciate the confusion regarding scheduling. I always opt to schedule an appointment and am not the type of person who just drops in and expects service.As I explained, I was given wrong information about not needing to schedule an appointment.(I had to select an option above in order to proceed although my situation wasn't listed).All staff are very friendly and professional. This is my second time visiting. There was one slight problem in attempting to schedule an appointment for this service. When I called to explain that I wanted to schedule an appointment to have my serpentine belt replaced, a gentleman told me no appointment is needed and that when I arrive they will notify Napa to bring over the part. When I arrived, the service advisor stated that an appointment is always needed and he seemed confused. The problem was resolved quickly though and I received the service. There was another customer in the waiting area who said she was also told an appointment isn't needed. Hopefully, the person who was giving the wrong information to customers is no longer doing that.
