N/AI feel there is a lack of signageIt was fine, just fine. Nothing problematic, but nothing exceptional. They did not tell me where my car was in the lot and I needed to take a moment to actually find it.Again adequate, nothing exceptional and nothing problematic.It was adequate service, nothing exceptional. I do have two issues: 1-when I purchased the car I noticed my last name was incorrect, it was only partly fixed and never fully updated on your systems. It was listed for service as Lough and should be Logue. I also noticed my street name was incorrect, luckily nothing was mailed out. It was listed as Borden instead of Bowen. 2-Since visiting on the 11th I have received at least 8 emails or texts, I feel this comes off a bit pushy and very off putting. I have had other quite unpleasant experiences previously with other Basil dealerships and makes me question if I would want to purchase another car through the Basil group in the future.Other than reminder sticker, no one offered to schedule next appointmentN/A

Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Lauren and Najee were fun and relatable. I didn’t feel pressured- no one was pushy. Everyone made me feel comfortable. Anyone I spoke to was kind and helpful as I navigated my way around the lot, sales floor, waiting area, and I can’t forget the finance manager, Kire, who helped my husband and I get through our paperwork quickly, and explained things perfectly. Well done! The car drives like a dream- couldn’t be happier!Kind and responsive staff. Didn’t feel pressured.

You did everything well. It was pleasant, everything went smoothly. Everyone was friendly, and it couldn't have been a better car buying experience.They went above and beyond to make buying a car the best experience it could be, and they couldn't have done better. Everything was fast, easy, and everything went smoothly without an issue. Plus, the cars everything I was looking for. I highly recommend Dennis Crispin. He made everything pleasant from start to finish, and it couldn't have better.
