When it was a resale center they used to wash your vehicle after service.

Won the part was on backorder which was fine and then they put in the part in the vehicle still did not have heat then I went back a third time and it was fixed so I think the service department there for their patients with me overall they were great it wasn't their fault then we should be she is not up to my standards for qualityThe problem with my heat not working they said was some module then I went back a week later when the part was in they fixed it and the next day the heater system was not working and I went back a third time and they did fix it and like I said the best warranty on a vehicle is one I do not have to useBasil Mitsubishi is wonderful the service manager and his assistants are wonderful the parts manager is wonderful the vehicle is just not up to my standards and quality

Banks system went down for an hour and made the process longer than necessary.She told me the car had CarPlay and it actually doesn’t.I didn’t really use the websiteCustomer service was good

It was no different than any other companySee previuos explanationWe had to walk the lot to find the car. You need a designated areaHad to wait for several minutes, as the person on the desk was not present. Ee were told to to the waiting area. Never did see anyone until keys were brought back to us. At one point I went to the service desk to find out the status of the car
