Very positive friendly atmosphere. Overall honest. No extreme pressure just options. Loved it. I will buy from your dealership again.Friendly positive atmosphere. No games. No stress dealing with people.The Chevy dealership up the road we went to first started talking code words in front of me like I wasn't even there. Then did the "here wait here"... while they pretend to work out deals with the finance guy. Everyone is aware of that game. Dealers pretend and create a false deceptive atmosphere by going back and forth while I wait meanwhile all they are doing is wasting my time and playing games. It is an old school game people hate. They have a car on their website for sale then you get there it is sold.... all of these games cause me to leave and I was expecting that at Mitsubishi but to my surprise it was the opposite dealing with your dealership.Mitsubishi = No games. No extreme pressure from the finance guy when offering other products. Thank You!During the pandemic our old car broke down and Nissan was the only one who had a car in our price range at the time and I was so stressed out dealing with the finance guy I will NEVER go back there again. The finance guy at Nissan turned an offer of getting an extended warranty into a border line hostage situation. I couldn't leave. It was horrible. I had my kids with me and our car wasn't working. They totally took advantage of me. Never buy from Nissan or Chevy again. I am so relieved to find a dealership without all that stress.Mitsubishi reminded me of when I bought my Saturn, no stress. I was upset when they said they aren't making Saturn anymore.... not because of the car but because there was no stress in buying a Saturn. I was like "Oh No! Now I have to deal with those stupid dealers playing games again."Glad to find your dealership. At Mitsubishi, nobody speaking code words to each other like I am not in front of them. No long waiting while someone pretends to talk to a finance guy and going back and forth. When I walk into a dealership I just want a car that works and is safe. Thank You.Overall you guys did great and we are planning on buying another car from you in 2026 !

Limited area to parkmix in visitors parking with used cars and new cars off campus different lot.Adequate but not spacious or simplifyed.This is north town a location southtowns additional place would make easier for oil, maintenance service followups or other collaborations locally. M

N/AStaff was great about addressing steering rack and brake clips. Glad to have this repaired before it became a problem. Appeared to be a design flaw.Lot is very tight and could be better marked for the service area.Told service advisor about tires. They were not attended to and the code was never removed from the display.Car was left with the dealership.I have to return to attend to the tires and the oil sticker. This is an inconvenience and should not have happened, as the advisor should double check the tech's work before getting the vehicle back to the customer.Service advisor was at lunch and another person had to check us out.
