Very nice and friendly when I bought the car we had hot dogs and hamburgers there. Then I took it in for a checkup and they had Donuts there they've got popcorn pop water coffee or you feel very comfortable waiting.

Parking lot was over full and difficult to drive thru.Process was quick, for everything from the sales team and finance manager. A pleasant experience.

Very small parking area, along with dealership itself. Congested lot.I think the dealership could be expanded to accommodate more space for parking inventory, along with larger space for sales and waiting room and showroom.Originally went to Basil to see about a 2024 Outback, but was told it was sold. I think 8 is a fair rating. Could’ve went into more detail about the vehicles inner workings. But satisfied either way.

My Outlander is one of the best vehicles that I have ever driven. It is powerful, comfortable ride, very quiet interior and hardly ever hear any engine noise. Has easy to use controls and features making it a joy to drive.
