Staff is greatEveryone there had good vibes. When employees look unhappy to be there, it feels like they are managed well, which implies there aren't cutthroat behaviors that will affect service given.The version on my phone was less easy to use, and so when I'd go back to my list of narrowed parameters it would sometimes take me back to the full list, so I'd have to enter limits for my search again.

I was really impressed. I have bought my four previous cars through West Herr and especially during the last two experiences West Herr was less than impressive. Dennis Crispin is incredible. A larger facility is needed.Given a great product, terrific staff and excellent service, a more spacious facility matching other Basil dealerships seems necessary.Great staff, great service, great product.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

The vehicle was in the same condition as I brought it in. However, just a suggestion that you can go the extra mile is to give a quick exterior car wash after the service is complete.A sign for where to pay and pick up the paperwork and keys would be helpful.The outlander is very nice. However, there are some features not available or included that I’m disappointed. I am missing. Also some features do not work the way that I expect them to.

My wife is on her 4th new Outlander. All my family and friends that I have referred are also very happy with their Mitsubishi purchases.
