I did not feel pressured at any point. All my questions were answered. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and accommodating. Andre was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He took the time to show me the the details of my car and helped me set up the various “accessories” of my car like CarPlay and Sirius radio for example. He has always answered my calls and returned a response to my text messages. I also appreciate the follow up texts from Mitsubishi. I appreciated the recent phone call from the GM Robert.

Honestly- I was really impressed with the level of coordination in the Basil family of dealerships and my customer experience at both basil ford in NF and Basil Mitsubishi were really great. I have recommended my friend to come look at an outlander instead of what she was looking at…I let her know to go see Ms. Rappleye for the deal.It was quick and low pressure.
