There were a few scrapes by the drivers side bumper/fender area noticed after the car was washed for delivery and Allie brought it to my attention, Robert the GM said not to worry about it they’ll have it taken care of and you’ll never be able to tell so I agreed to it, Allie took care of everything making the appointment for getting it painted, getting my trailer hitch put on and having it undercoated all in the same week while I was off from work and she made sure I had a loaner, I don’t know if it was actually her job to do all these things but she got them all done, she is definitely an asset to Basil Mitsubishi, thank you Allie for taking such good care of my car and making me feel special every time I talked to you by answering all my questions and just be so friendly, thank you so muchThe people I worked with there were amazing, Allie my sales associate, Robert the GM and Kire the finance manager, never felt any pressure just worked towards a deal that made me happy

Seemed like I wasn't expected. With the emails and texts I received, I thought that service would have been ready for me. As it was, the inspection took about an hour and a half.Never met any adviser.
