It was a little hectic finding my vehicle on the lot. I actually put a down-payment down without even seeing or test driving my vehicle. I knew what I wanted though, so it wasn't a huge deal. Other than that,all staff were very friendly, personable and helpful. They were patient when I had to bring my kids in with me to pick up the vehicle too! Communication was great and staff was able to get me in the price range that I wanted for monthly payments which made me very happy. I would definitely consider doing business again in the future If I ever need to! Thanks for the help and great follow up!Very friendly , easy and quick

The service we received was awesome. Our salesperson Alyssa was so so understanding and comfortable to talk to. We got everything we wanted at a price that we could handle. Everything was so easy and convenient when we came in to pickup our vehicle. We were in and out in about 45 minutes, and that's with signing the paperwork and setting up my app. We thank you so much again for this is our second vehicle and I don't think I'll go anywhere else but to Basil Mitsubishi.
