The sales person was helpful. Told him what I am looking for and have heard nothing since. Also the Audi web site only shows one or two of the type of car I am interested in at Basingstoke. Plan to go to the Guildford dealership, they show more of the cars I am interested in on the web site.

Please provide an email address for the central Lookers complaints so that I may address my complaint, PDF and attachments, to the relevant person.

Good morning,I hope this email finds you well.Unfortunately I’m writing this email due to the absolutely poor customer experience I have ever encountered.I walked into Basingstoke Audi today to enquire about a RS5 and or a used RS6.I was meet eventually by a gentleman asking what I wanted and I explained I wanted to speak with someone regarding new and used vehicles please.The response I got was everyone is busy but I’ll ask my boss.Well his boss was sat down looking into space.Eventually the First Gentleman came back and said we’re all busy can I get someone to ring you, to which I replied no it’s alright I know when I’m not welcome.I have never been so insulted in my whole life and made to feel so unwelcome.After making my way back to my vehicle to leave both gentlemen walked out of the building and looked at me with total disrespect.I would like to make an official complaint regarding this matter. I was made me feel unwanted and unwelcome and frankly look like a total joke, I am really upset about this.I look forward to your response.Yours sincerelyAran Harthill

First class service from initial enquiry to the handover, Simon Gale was very professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure do deal with.On the day of handover he picked me and my wife up from Basingstoke train station. The way the car was presented in the showroom was absolutely outstanding, the attention to detail was a credit to him.The best customer experience I’ve ever had.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my vehicle and the ongoing faults, failed repair attempts, and serious safety concerns that remain unresolved.The vehicle was taken to Audi Basingstoke on 25/02/2026 for a gearbox service and replacement spark plugs. Since this work was carried out, the vehicle has not driven correctly or performed as expected. Less than two months later, the vehicle began experiencing major mechanical and electrical faults and broke down on 16/04/2026. Since that breakdown, the issues have continued and escalated, leaving the vehicle unreliable, unsafe, and not fit for purpose.The vehicle has suffered repeated mechanical and electrical failures, including breakdowns on the motorway, gearbox faults, drive system faults, parking brake faults, and dangerous failures of the Audi Pre Sense emergency braking system, which has caused the vehicle to emergency stop without reason while driving.Despite multiple repair attempts by Audi and Audi Assist, the faults continue and the vehicle remains unreliable and unsafe to drive.A summary of the issues is as follows:• 25/02/26 – Vehicle attended Audi Basingstoke for gearbox service and replacement spark plugs• Following this work, the vehicle did not drive correctly and performance issues were noticeable• 16/04/26 – Drive system fault caused breakdown on motorway• 17/04/26 – Audi Assist attended and attempted repair• 20/04/26 – Brake pad warning light• 20/04/26 – Further motorway breakdown with tyre pressure, parking brake, and gearbox faults• Vehicle recovered to Audi Basingstoke for repairs• 06/05/26 – Main beam assist, adaptive light, lane assist, and Audi Pre Sense faults• 08/05/26 – Interior light fault• 09/05/26 – Whining/humming noise while driving• 12/05/26 – Vehicle emergency stopped itself without reason• 15/05/26 – Vehicle emergency stopped itself again without reasonAudi Assist has since advised that the Audi Pre Sense system should be turned off and the vehicle returned for further repairs.This vehicle is clearly not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, and not safe. I no longer have confidence in the vehicle and do not feel safe transporting myself or my children in it. I have three children, two of whom have additional and medical needs, and these repeated failures have caused significant distress and disruption.I am also self-employed and have suffered financial losses due to missed work appointments caused by breakdowns and the vehicle being unsafe to use.Given the ongoing issues and repeated failed repair attempts, I am requesting that this matter now be escalated urgently and resolved appropriately. I would also ask that you confirm in writing what action you intend to take regarding the vehicle and the ongoing safety concerns.Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide your full written response within 14 days.Yours faithfully,Melissa KentVehicle Registration: NA20 VXY

we made an appointment with Tyler ref a pre used Q5 . The experience was amazing from start to finish . I would highly recommend both Audi Basingstoke and Tyler.

Everyone was so friendly. Ultimately there wasn't the right car for me. But Tyler was fantastic at explaining the options.
