I called to speak to someone in service at Basingstoke and ended up waiting on the phone until I spoke with someone from the north east asking me low IQ questions and he interrupted me. The call ended. I then asked someone from sales to get someone from service to email me, they called me twice for some strange reason and I had two missed calls. When I asked for an email???? I’m seeing the sales guy when I get back to the uk and I’ll be 45 minutes ordering a new SQ8, I’ve asked for a special colour and waiting for a response?????

Didn't get back to me very quickly and have now gone elsewhere

No call back or info sent, felt there was no interest in doing a deal (especially on a 70k car), price is the price was the comment.

The person who I met regarding my appointment was extremely rude and was absolutely not interested in answering my queries . It seems he was in a holiday mood didn’t want to work or perhaps he was not interested in serving me particularly. You guys contacted me I didn’t I went there wasted couple of hours just to be treated like a third grade person . The receptionist was very polite and friendly but the sales person Lewis styles was rude and ignorant . I told him on his face as well to which he said that I am doing this job for last 10 years well if you are doing job for last 10 years that doesn’t mean you can treat someone with disrespect . I am an existing customer not a new one and also more the me buying a car you are selling me the car so be respectful

It was ok. The salesman although helpful and polite didn’t seem too concerned about making contact back with us. I was ready to make a deal but it seemed rather one sided.
