Our experience, which included a lengthy discussion about pros and cons of two or three different models, was executed by your sales person in a friendly, informative and articulate manner. The only reason the sale was not concluded was because the part exchange offer started as much as £500 less than had already been offered by one and £700 less than another garage, which, incidentally, we did not disclose, and then during the process a colleague overheard and intervened with an enhanced value of £300, albeit still several hundred pounds less than we wanted. I think it is important to start at a realistic second hand offer price rather than deliberately start at rock bottom and negotiate up!

Sales team were pleasant and knowledgeable and cars looked lovely. There wasn’t much availability to test drive, by the time we got to drive an Audi, we had another brand that we liked a lot, so your car was going to be up against it, so went for that instead. Liked the little personal video for the appointment, that’s a nice personal touch.
