Amazing experience.

This is our first purchase of an Audi and we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the management and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon collecting the vehicle we experienced the unveiling of our new car and this made the collection more personal. Would not hesitate to recommmned to family & friends.

Overall the service received was exceptional from start to finish. Matt was great and made sure I was completely looked after throughout the purchase.

My Service representative (Sarah Minter) was very helpful and professional. She was able to provide a saving on the cost of work which was greatly appreciated.

Car was taken offsite for test drive - Not sure why. As was not mentioned to me assume the car passed the test. Overall though very good and thorough service

I had regular email updates on the build process. The specification change – fires in Babylon – but was not made aware. I feel that the car is not quite what I was expecting for a £40K+ vehicle. Is it the staff’s fault? Or is it central making it up as they go along?

Mar car in 2 years old and only has 10K on the clock, i was advised to meet the Audi recommendation to change the brake fluid after 2 years. I was not given a clear explanation why a car "component" is designed to only have a life of 2 years and such small mileage. The only reply was its an Audi recommendation. To be honest it seems to be a bit of easy money. It i this kind of thing that makes owning an Audi an ever increasing cost and may be eventually just tip the balance to another make with lower more sensible running costs
