Various comments submitted to main Audi survey. Good overall but could be better.

Sarah was superb in efficiently booking the car in and offering a complimentary hire car, kept me in touch and the work was completed ahead of schedule, returning to me a cleaned and valeted vehicle. I was also offered £150 towards something of my choice as compensation for having to wait so long for the correct parts to arrive in Basingstoke, this was unexpected and very welcome, it made my day!!

No everything was as expected by me from Audi and it’s staff Than you.

Just wanted to say Matt is Basingstoke was very helpful and took the time to answer our questuons, and apology from us to him that we never returned for our test drive in the afternoon as we found a better priced car in Reading later that morning.

It would be nice if when a fault is reported not to have wait 4 weeks for a repair and not to be told to contact the RAC.Otherwise excellent.
