I buy Audi's, ok they are good cars but after sales is a major factor. I have never been disappointed by Lookers service.

As usual the customer service we’ve received from Basingstoke Audi and in particular from Kevin Watts has been exemplary. A first class service from start to finish. Kevin is a credit to Audi and he’s the reason we keep going back.

Fairly satisfied, unfortunately the figures were wrong by £400cash and £10 per month, so luckily I checked those over and questioned it. The sales person I was dealing with left the day I was meant to collect the car which delayed collection by 2 days, but the sales executive who stepped in was very helpful and she deserves a 5 out of 5.I do also think a £75k car should be delivered with key rings and cleaned to a higher standard.

Excellent except..... you have always collected my car, this time you wanted to charge me! I made comment and straight away charge was wavered.wonderful! However as car is out of warentee and basingstoke is half hour drive.. and I dont want to wait in your waiting area for 3 hours. I am wondering if I should get further services elsewhere, or continue to use your garage.??? Your view please.

Amazing experience.

This is our first purchase of an Audi and we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the management and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Upon collecting the vehicle we experienced the unveiling of our new car and this made the collection more personal. Would not hesitate to recommmned to family & friends.

Overall the service received was exceptional from start to finish. Matt was great and made sure I was completely looked after throughout the purchase.
