Excellent service as always! From the easy of booking, to dropping of the vehicle through to collection once the MOT was complete. The whole process was great.

Very friendly efficient service throughout. Car presented for collection in a very special way, covered in a black cloth with a bow on the front in the separate room. Also the Salesman bought my wife a bunch of flowers as he new it was her birthday. A very nice personal touch.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Other dealers were dismissive to the point of being ignored. Basingstoke Audi were attentive, even when they were busy with other clients, there was still acknowledgement. Have recommended and will again.

Staff were friendly & efficient . Delivery of 2 wheel nut caps by mail to my residential address as they were not in stock on the day of the service was handled efficiently. Hospitality of biscuits and tea whilst I waited for the car was well received. It would be nice , going forward that a copy of a morning daily was made available for customers whilst they waited for their vehicle.[ As it was, I had brought material, {not a newspaper though} with me to keep me occupied for the 2,5 hours I was there]
