Car came back without dip beam working which was mildly tedious. I have managed to drive to where I need to go since with sidelights and fog lights and full beam where conditions allowed. Probably a wire compromised - I'll have a fiddle myself tomorrow.All front-facing staff I encountered were both pleasant and human. Main dealers tend, in my experience to have some cliched and off-putting characters: over-glamorous dolly birds, self-important blokes on phones or engrossed in computer work, etc. Encouraging just to be engaged with by competent, operationally-focussed individuals.

I was very well treated but very disappointed that I could not get the car I wanted. Hopefully when the chip thing is sorted out I may have more luck. Maybe in a year or so. Why do we need chips for a sun roof?

Very pleasant experience with nice friendly people

I know the outside of my car was dirty with the salt etc, but when they washed the car there were large patches of dirt where they missed or didn’t check properly.

I purchased my Q5 from Audi Basingstoke and the service provided by Jakub Przbys was excellent throughout. Sales consultant presented the car extremely well. When the time comes to replace our ageing avant we are considering a change to the Q3e and after the test drive this car ticked all the boxes.Availability of the car is the issue at the moment due to component shortages and we are reluctant to commit with such a long delivery, however, when the time comes we will most certainly be in contact.
