I am very happy with the service I received from everyone I came into contact with at Basingstoke Audi. In particular I would like to mention Matthew Davies with whom it was a pleasure to deal and he did everything in his power to get the car I wanted when I wanted it. I know that it is very easy nowadays to shop around and go for the lowest price when purchasing. However it is more important to me that I am happy with how I have been treated and to believe that I am purchasing from a company whose employees care about customer service.

Did not check warranty status before asking me to pay for a repair that was suggested. No mention at the time from the garage but paperwork calls out the need for the cam bel change in 3 months - would have considered doing at the same time if informed

Matt Davies who has assisted me with my purchase has been a great help. Friendly, professional and informative. He has really assisted me through the purchase process, which has helped me to make my final decision to purchase. I have been liaising with several Audi branches to choose the correct vehicle and Matt was the most friendly and helpful of the advisors I have been in touch with.

One minor thing - across 2 TTs I've owned from you this is the 3rd time a tyre(s) has been changed while the vehicle is in, and everytime (including this one) it seems like the pressures all around are never checked except for the replacement tyre.This means that the tyre pressure warning goes off on a journey shortly after, leading to anxiety that you may have a flat, but in reality it's because the pressures are uneven, triggering the alarm.Could this please be fed back. Thank you.
