When I made the booking, I asked if I could wait and was told I needed to have a loan car.When I arrived on the day it was when you could not get any fuel, so i ended up waiting which I wanted to do in the first place. The repair only took 2 hours.

The lady who served me was the best experience by far I had with Audi. She should be recognised because it changed my mind about how I thought basingstoke Audi was. I had a bad experience at the beginning and now I am an Devoted Audi customer.

This job was a cam belt replacement. The booking of the job, collection of the car and delivery back to my house worked fine. A pleasant experience apart of course the cost of the job!
