It was a really nice change of pace being told, "we can't reproduce the issue, please can you tell us more". I'm so used to dealerships just palming it off and making me need to arrange a whole other booking, instead the continued to investigate and solved the issue. Really happy that it was resolved and I wasn't treated like I was making things up.

Art was really approachable, helpful and friendly throughout. It was nice to have the car reveal, when being handed over the keys, and to meet the manager. We will buy from here again.
