Quality experience from start to finish.

I think it was Jacob who helped me, but I was surprised how calm and relaxed he made me feel, My bias is to want to avoid Main dealers, who may have pushy sales people, but he showed me this need not be the case, being just the right mix of "sales" & knowledge. The only reason i went else where was we decided on a completely different car/manufacturer, But in future I will definitely consider Audi.

Car had to come in due to gear box failure. Basingstoke team were excellent in all respects.Particularly appreciate them adding a couple of fixings to my front number plate which had originally only be affixed with tape (by another dealer) and was coming lose - nice touch and much appreciated.Whole team provided excellent service in all respects - well done

Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Communication sometimes a little haphazard. Took too long to pay my cashback after purchase.

Overall a positive experience. James was very responsive however perhaps not as proactive or knowable about internal processes which meant lots of emails and chasing which could have been avoided had he been more familiar with the end to end process. Thank you
