Car had to come in due to gear box failure. Basingstoke team were excellent in all respects.Particularly appreciate them adding a couple of fixings to my front number plate which had originally only be affixed with tape (by another dealer) and was coming lose - nice touch and much appreciated.Whole team provided excellent service in all respects - well done

Overall a positive experience. James was very responsive however perhaps not as proactive or knowable about internal processes which meant lots of emails and chasing which could have been avoided had he been more familiar with the end to end process. Thank you

Arturas Kirtiklis was particularly helpful on several fronts. Trading in valuation and cancelling the finance to replace on a smaller car.Sourcing the new vehicle, showing the options and when I decided having everything wrapped up in quick time.He knew the answers to all my questions and made it all an excellent experience.
