Consequent on my visit, my car requires additional work, but the work must first be referred to Audi UK for authorisation under the terms of my extended warranty. The service on my car was carried out 2 weeks ago but I have yet to hear whether the additional work will be covered by the warranty. I would very much like to progress matters and anything you can do to catalyse the situation would be very much appreciated. It would also demonstrate that somebody actually reads these feedback surveys! Thank you
