Hand over of car was very poor I paid for a special clean but it didn’t appear to have been done. Cobwebs on dash, green mildew in window rubbers. Clearly not the £400 pound clean I paid for!

Hardus Joubert is an excellent sales executive, he provided us with all the information we needed was very helpful and has followed up on the sale by phoning to see if we have any queries, we will get back on some queries we have in due course. I have not filled in section 5 as I do not remember whether we discussed a service plan or not.

I booked a test drive through, what I believed to be the local branch, only to arrive and nothing had been arranged. I had taken time out of my work diary to visit your branch. However Michael Rubber, sales executive was great. He managed to squeeze me in their busy diary. I was given an opportunity to test drive the car of my choice. I just didn't like the car for comfort, so am buying another BMW. Central booking office needs addressing!
