Great service from Jack Dawson, who has helped us explore the options for new or used. He presented us an attractive deal for a new A6 Avant 45 Quattro, but in the end we decided that PCP was not our favoured option, and that we could not find a used version (2019) with the new interior within our budget. Maybe next time.

Hi, car service was fine and the Service Advisor who dealt with me was excellent. The only reason that it is not a 5* review is that it has taken Audi 13 days to confirm the service plan I took out. I paid for this on 28th August and paid £480 and it took 13 days to get an email. Not great service!

I dropped my Audi Q3 off at Basingstoke Audi. It had its Major Service and was ready in time for me to collect it. All the staff that dealt with me were nice and friendly and explained everything to me.
