The only problem was that the very next day I found a very similar car at Wearside Audi (my local Audi site) so I decided to go for that one (rather than have the Basingstoke one transported to Sunderland). Hardus Service was outstanding from initial enquiry through to sale. It’s that level of service that is the reason I have gone with Lookers rather than another Audi dealer. He Really got into the spec I wanted and things that were important for the car I was after. Took the time to get to know us and which made the interactions more personal. Always got back to me quickly even if it wasn’t with the news I was hoping for.Little things like picking me up from the train station without even me prompting just set the service above my expectations.
