Matthew was polite and engaging, no pushy sales which was appreciated.I was rather disappointed by the presentation of the vehicle as the wheels were dirty, the front was covered in stone chips and multiple scrapes which weren’t mentioned on the description, and there was plenty of pet hair in the boot.An hour’s worth of prep could have remediated two of those three problems.It’s a small thing but other dealers I have visited typically present the car marginally better and it always helps.

All went to plan, great to be able to work upstairs, good briefing on the cars condition.Would be good to have the brake fluid change and health check done at the same time as the oil change. Thanks

Lewis was pleasant and helpful. He followed up well and I only didn't buy the car from you because you couldn't meet the trade in value that I wanted.I gave you a lower rating on comms below as it was very confusing contacting you. I got a call screener on your main number (in Scotland?) who took all my details and then put me through to Gary (who I assumed was in the Basingstoke branch) who wanted all the details again and then agreed an appointment time in Basingstoke. When I showed up they had never heard of Gary and I didn't think they actually knew I was coming.

The sales representative was very polite, percently went through the process, explained and answered our questions. Provided us with refreshments and kindly took us to the station on his way home.
