Hardus Joubert looked after us very well. But he had one hand tied behind his back and you have probably lost a sale due to your company policy of insisting that there is three months MOT remaining on a trade in vehicle. We had just over two months remaining on our vehicle, but hey ho rules are rules. Maybe another time.

Very helpful and sympathetic to my situation (being a bit distant from their showroom). Went the extra miles to assist me eg collect me or bring to show. Nice warm friendly approach. No "sales patter" and pressure at all. Very happy and ready to discuss a variety of options with me and to go through all the details carefully so I was completely clear about each. Id go back to Basingstoke Lookers Audi any day. I hope to, soon!

Very good Salesman Jack 5stars very knowledgeable & pleasant person. Unfortunately, the car was not quite what I was looking for & the price was too expensive I couldn't go over £46,000.Nothing wrong with car it was very nice but there wasn't enough discount to be had.
