Really friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible and informative customer service, could not have been looked after better.When I contacted Lookers I was considering buying the vehicle, either outright, or via a PCP arrangement. Since the test drive I have done further research and comparison with other option to acquire the vehicle and on balance, access to an employee leasing scheme is significantly more financially beneficial and the cost benefits outweigh the attractiveness of ownership. The Q6 remains a vehicle I am very interested in (alongside the BMW i4 and Polestar 4).

I found all the staff I dealt with ( and continue to deal with) Pleasant Helpful Curteous and knowledgeable In particular Mathew Davies was charming and was able to answer all my enquiries with confidence

Happy with how enquiry was dealt with, staff friendly and gave good levels of service instead of paying out on running surveys like this maybe use money to give staff payrise, If I ever felt service was poor id email in direct, no need for surveys
