Jack Wilson was very helpful, explained the detail without the Jargon often used in the industry, kept the car on hold for me for an extra 24 hours, and did everything a friendly, positive manner. The car itself was presented beautifully on the exterior, but the engine bay was a mess and could have done with a really good clean. Overall 5* Audi service but attention to detail on the car itself is what separates the very good from the outstanding.

The paperwork/money side of things went very smoothly. Unfortunately during handover my partner noticed a dent on the car that hadn’t been there when we test drove the car and put the deposit down. Our salesman was quick to arrange getting contact information of someone who could pull the dent out. However it then took 2 further trips back to Audi to get the paintwork fixed as the first “fix” was of a very low standard that should’ve been picked up by someone else before we saw it. Thankfully the second fix was much better and the car is now of a standard we are happy with
