Hi Alan,My name is Luke and work for a Finance Broker in Derby called Radar Finance & Leasing LTD.We have a mutual customer purchasing a vehicle from you but your salesperson, Tyler, told the customer a) you couldn't invoice to a third-party finance company and b) even with an invoice to the customer you wouldn't accept payment from a third-party finance company.I raised this with the funder, Lombard, who told me they had paid Lookers 10 times just last week. That's pretty strange as Tyler told me it was Lookers policy.I then rang Looker's head office who told me no dealership should be rejecting third party payment.Could you clarify your position?Luke
