Brilliant all round...I drove from Reigate to them when I could have easily gone to half a dozen Audi Dealerships nearer to home. Love dealing with them at Basingstoke and Sarah Minter and Jake Beale were a pleasure to deal with...thank you!!

Sarah was very helpful with getting me a courtesy car for the day even though I hadn't booked it in prior to the appointment. She was very good at keeping me informed about the progress of the work and the waiting area was great with great Wi-Fi, comfy seats and complimentary refreshments.

Easy process, clear communication from sales agents, roomy handover room (much better than having to handover in a car park). Only let down by the presence of some scratches which I had to arrange to be polished out the following week.
