Very good customer service but my instructions not completely followed. I repeatably requested an Audi Longlife flexible oil and Inspection service when making appointment with main call centre and at Basingstoke upon arrival.When the car was returned the MMI had been set correctly for the Inspection service interval (two years) but the oil service was set for a one year Fixed service interval.To be corrected at my next MOT appointment in July according to the Service Adviser.

Smooth process, everything organised well in advance. Only docking a mark as the valet of the vehicle left mud on door sills and seat backs as well as significant amounts of dry white polish on rubbers, seals and in panel gaps.

Politeness, communication were excellent throughout, the whole car servicing experience went smoothly - many thanks.

Great service from start to finish. Had to amend appointment & book courtesy car, no problems at all. Had a childcare emergency the morning I was due to return the vehicle but was assured not a problem, Family first. Recommend Basingstoke Audi every time over my local branch. Thanks to Tom for being so understanding.

I an interested in an TTRS convertible but wanted to see if it was worth the extra money over my current Golf R. Matt said that theses cars are rare but if one came in stock he would contact me for a test drive 4 weeks later and Matt has found an slightly order one for me to test drive. Matt made this very easy and is a credit to your Basingstoke branch. (He has also gave me something to think about).

Tom was brilliant at keeping me updated at every point, at check in and each time an issue was identified. He was exceptionally helpful and explained everything!
