Really helpfull experience with Matt, stayed polite and helpfull too the end even with my unrealistic budget, never felt like I was a hassle or wasting his time when in reality I probably did. Will definetly contact Matt in a month or two once I have built a bigger deposit to purchase a car.

Very good customer service but my instructions not completely followed. I repeatably requested an Audi Longlife flexible oil and Inspection service when making appointment with main call centre and at Basingstoke upon arrival.When the car was returned the MMI had been set correctly for the Inspection service interval (two years) but the oil service was set for a one year Fixed service interval.To be corrected at my next MOT appointment in July according to the Service Adviser.
