I have been a Basingstoke Audi customer for a number of years and this is my 3rd car purchased from and maintained by the dealership. Whilst there have been occasions where i have felt the level of service i have received has not quite met expectations i am very happy to report that this last visit was exceedingly good. Sarah looked after me brilliantly . Warm and friendly welcome, regular status updates, clear and concise feedback regarding the work i requested and all wrapped up ahead of the expected finish time. Great job.

Bit hard to understand. There was reference to an MOT which wasn’t required Well taken care of. Quick service. Helped with set up of service plan. Everyone a pleasure to deal with
