Tom Allen had been absolutely brilliant in attending to my rather urgent request regarding the ECS light being on during my drive back home from Marlow on Thursday 21 March. Upon consulting the car manual which said that I should take my car to the garage to have this sorted out as continued driving could damage the catalytic converter. I did start to become anxious as I will be travelling to Devon before Easter Friday. Although the workshop was fully booked on Friday, Tom said he will do his best to have my issue sorted out but obviously cannot guarantee it. Tom had performed more than his best and had my issue sorted out and I got my car back about 5pm . I was so relieved. Additionally Tom also arranged a lift to take me home and also came to pick me up to go back to Audi to collect my car! You are a star Tom, thank you
